In addition to teaching musical theatre at Schenectady High School@Proctors, David Gleason is an adjunct instructor of Ethnomusicology and Jazz Piano at SUNY Schenectady. In the past, he has also taught jazz ensembles, music theory, music history, classroom piano, world drumming and choir as well as collaboration, presentation and academic writing to honors students. He has also taught jazz and Latin piano lessons, improvisation, and composition lessons. Additionally, he is in demand as a festival conductor, clinician and pit conductor.
